When can you expect your order to arrive?

Orders placed within the cut off time should be delivered in the week beginning 4th July  InshaAllah.

We will aim to ship your order out within 3-10 working days of the date the order is placed, so it may arrive sooner.

For especially large orders please order as soon as possible to allow for extra time.

Please note: Due to the intricate nature of handcrafted frames, the current turnaround on these items is 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. If ordered now they will not be delivered until after Eid InshaAllah.

TURNAROUND TIME OUTSIDE OF EID

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME ON PERSONALISED ORDERS: 2-3 WEEKS

We know that waiting for your order to arrive isn't always fun, so we try to get orders made and dispatched as soon as possible. However it's important to note that our gifts are all handcrafted and they do require a lot of care and attention to detail which takes time. 

Throughout the year our processing times vary, however as a general guideline please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Non personalized items usually take 10 working days from the time the order was placed.

PLEASE NOTE DURING COVID19 THERE MAY BE UNEXPECTED DELAYS. 

For express orders, please do email us beforehand to discuss your order.

For orders outside of the UK, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your order from the time the order is placed.
